About Me, Professionally

I received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNT, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. (License No. 91963).

I have lead process and psychoeducation groups for addiction and mental health/mood disorders in both partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient settings. I have provided individual trauma-focused sessions in IOP settings, and also have experience providing outpatient therapy in a private practice setting.

I always practice trauma-informed care, culturally competent care, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I am sex worker affirming. I specialize in working with young adults ages 18-28 years old, and I work with ages 18-60+.
